UPS Shipping Label for Repairs: Shotguns valued over $10,000

UPS will accept a pre-labeled package coming to us for repair and service work.  

NECG offers these inbound shipping labels to help our customers get their guns to us for repair.

Please follow these instructions carefully:

1. Package the gun in a properly padded shipping box or boxed gun case. (Disassemble break-open firearms or remove bolts from rifles.)  
2. Select the firearm and value that best matches the shipment.  Click on the label and add it to your Shopping Cart.

Note: Drillings, Combination Guns and Barreled Actions or Rifles that can be broken down, use “Shotgun” labels due to the smaller box dimensions.

3. Fill in the Billing address that matches your credit card.
4. Fill in the “Ship to” address as the address the gun will be shipped from and returned to after the repair or service.
5. Under “Miscellaneous Additional Information” enter the box dimensions by Length, Width and Thickness. Also, an estimated Weight and Value.

Note: NECG will review and may adjust the shipping charges based on this information.

6. Fill in your payment information and complete the label purchase.
7. NECG will generate a UPS label and email it to the email address provided.
8. Print out the UPS label and tape it securely onto the box.
9. The package can now be dropped off at a UPS Hub or UPS shipping location.

Once the repair work is completed, invoiced to include the return shipping, and paid for, the firearm will be returned to your shipping address with a signature required.
