This sight is a great option for anyone looking to add a robust, extremely capable rear sight to a firearm. I mounted mine to a savage model 99 and it works perfectly. The nice concave surface at the front of the sight is beautifully done and doesn’t interfere with the loading of the rifle. The footprint of the sight is really small which is impressive especially for something that is completely adjustable . The sight didn’t come loose after 100 rounds of .308 Winchester a little test just to see how capable it was and it passed with flying colors.
