NECG Classic Rear Sight Base. This rear sight base is the same one we use for our R-201 Classic Adjustable Rear sight. The benefit of this base is that it allows you to use any rear sight insert with a 16mm dovetail. This includes our "See-Thru" rear sight, the "Moon" sight insert, R-208M Mini Express as well as many other 16mm sight inserts found on our website. The sight inserts are held in place by a dovetail clamp which is secured with a 6-48 Allen head screw. Loosening this screw and clamp will allow for windage adjustment. All steel construction with a black oxide finish. Uses a single 6-48 barrel attaching, base screw (Included).
Dovetail height over barrel is .200". Simply add the insert height to determine the overall rear sight height.
Due to increased product costs, we now only offer this sight base with a 9,0mm / .354" radius to fit barrel diameters of .708" and larger. The bottom radius will need to be machined for the larger barrel contours.
